Discover
Research the brand, the product, and the stakeholders. Listen and learn from the client and user. Document users’ thoughts, feelings and actions.

Define
Identify user needs through empathy maps. Define and frame the problem.

Design
Generate concepts through sketching, storyboarding, and brainstorming. Visualize and diagram the user interaction. Create site maps.

Develop
Communicate the ideas. Take concepts from sketches and site maps and develop prototypes at multiple stages to get perspective and test with users. Get timely and useful feedback on prototyped ideas.

Deliver
Refine and repeat until ready. Feedback from testing drives the iterative process, and allows essential insight into refining the prototype, rethinking the interactions, and even generating more concepts.
